Delivery Policy

GB Medical Ltd currently deliver equipments to destinations in Africa, Asia, Latin America, Europe and the United Kingdom. In addition we also offer a service for delicate, high cost equipments requiring Specialised Packing and shipping by Courier, Airfreight and Seafreight Worldwide.


We aim to deliver most equipments to destinations in the EEC and United Kingdom within 5 to 7 working days. Delivery Worldwide will depend on the destination and will be communicated by email.


United Kingdom orders are normally shipped by Local Courier or International Carriers on a “Next Day Service” Tracking is carried out through the delivery process from door to door as standard.


Delivery will be between 0900hrs and 1700 hrs. Please make sure there will be somebody to accept and sign for the equipment at the delivery address.


Overseas orders are be shipped by International Carrier or Shipping Agent and delivery depends on packing requirements, airline and sea shipping schedules and routings. Tracking is carried out through the delivery process as standard and shipping documents are send by International Carrier.


Returns Policy:


Damages or deficiencies should be notified to us within 48 hours of delivery.
